Legal Director - Denmark

We at Abion, an international IP powerhouse with high ambitions, are currently seeking a highly motivated Legal Director to bolster our Danish IP team. This position is available in our offices in Roskilde and Copenhagen in the future.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing trademark-related legal activities, including the protection, enforcement, and strategic development of our trademark portfolio. This role requires a deep understanding of trademark law, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to navigate complex legal challenges in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

As a Legal Director in the Trademark team, you will engage directly with clients’ portfolios and provide expert legal advice, representation and strategic development of our trademark portfolio. This role requires a deep understanding of trademark law, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to navigate complex legal challenges in a fast-paced environment.

You are a Legal Director today who has proven skills and abilities in client’s development and business development to be on a partner’s track.

 Who You Are

Desirable Qualities and Qualifications

• More than 10 years of qualified experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction(s) and extensive experience.
• Proven track record of providing high-quality legal services and achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
• Leadership, Mentorship and Team Collaboration skills
• Proactive approach in participating in trainings, professional development opportunities, and ongoing learning initiatives.
• Tec minded

Education

• Several years of experience in Trademark Industry
• Strong understanding of IP Industry
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to think strategically and contribute to business discussions.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and navigate.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
• Effectively communicate skills internally and externally
