As a Web Security Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting Abion’s clients with support, troubleshooting, and advisory related to our brand protection services and solutions. Tasks may include managing orders of SSL/TLS certificates, consulting on DNS services, Email Compromise Protection (ECP), liaising with both customers and suppliers, as well as conducting preliminary studies, invoicing, and report in writing. You will primarily handle cases from a case management system and guide clients as needed. Over time, you may also manage and hold client meetings concerning IoT solutions.
